ProductHow does ShopGPT search across multiple stores?

ShopGPT runs your search on each store's own site at the same time and reads the results that store shows: the same listings you'd see visiting it yourself. Products appear as each store answers. Today you can search Amazon, Daraz, Joom, Currys and 10 more stores. Repeat a search within 12 hours and it comes from the cache, instantly and at half the credits.

ProductAre the results sponsored or biased?

No. ShopGPT isn't sponsored by any product, brand or seller, and nobody pays to rank higher. You see each store's results in the order that store shows them, just as if you visited it yourself. If a store marks one of its own listings as an ad, we keep its "Ad" label so you can tell. After every search we also show roughly how much time it saved you compared with checking each store by hand.

ProductWhat is natural language search?

Type what you want the way you'd say it, like "wireless headphones for running". No special keywords or filters needed. Each store searches your words, and the AI reads your request when it picks the best options, so a budget like "under $1000" shapes its picks. To set a hard price limit, use the price range in Filters.

TechnicalHow accurate are the AI recommendations?

The AI works only from the listings your search found: their prices, ratings and review counts. It picks the top options and says why. Prices and stock change quickly, and some listings don't show a price at all, so always check the price on the store's page before you buy.

ProductCan I search in my preferred currency?

Yes. Pick from 40+ currencies above the results and every price is converted at current exchange rates, so listings from different stores compare directly. Conversions are estimates; the store's own price is what counts at checkout.

ProductHow many stores can I search at once?

As many as you like. 14 stores are searchable today: Amazon, Joom, Daraz, Telemart, Mega.pk, Shophive, Czone, Nykaa, Pickaboo, Uniqlo, Zappos, Currys, Ceneo, Mercari. Stores for your country are pre-selected, and Daraz covers Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal. More stores are listed but greyed out until we can reach them reliably.

PricingWhat do the Free, Pro and Max plans include?

Free includes 200 credits a month, about 28 quick searches, plus 20 premium credits, with no card needed. Pro ($9/month, 3,000 credits and 400 premium) adds deep search of up to 10 pages per store and priority in the queue. Max ($19/month, 12,000 credits and 2,000 premium) gets the highest priority. A search costs about one credit per page for each store that returns results, plus a small charge for a fresh AI summary. Stores that need a full browser use premium credits instead, one per page. A search served from the 12-hour cache costs half. Pricing is experimental for now, and paid plans aren't on sale yet, so every account is on Free.

The first products usually appear within seconds, and the rest stream in as each store answers. A full search typically takes a minute or two, and longer when you ask for more pages; the AI summary follows once the results are in. Repeat a search within 12 hours and it comes back from the cache almost instantly.

ProductCan I export my search results?

Yes, on every plan. Once a search finishes, use Download Raw JSON or Download UI JSON above the results.

SecurityIs my data secure?

Sign-in goes through Supabase, by email or Google, and all traffic is encrypted. Your account, credit balance and saved searches sit in our database behind row-level security, so only you can read them. Each finished search is saved to your history so you can reopen it for free, and you can delete any of them. Chat messages are sent to our AI provider to write the reply. We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads or tracking pixels. The Privacy Policy has the details.

PricingCan I cancel or get a refund?

Paid plans aren't on sale yet. Once they are, you can cancel any time and keep paid features until the end of the billing period. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a charge if you haven't used much of that month's credits, and unused credit packs are refundable. The Terms of Service have the full policy.
